Nadine Price is a retired Physical Education/Health teacher and a born and raised Alaskan. She is the proud Mom of 2 grown men and is currently raising 3 of her 5 her beautiful Grands. Nadine’s goal is to help change society’s perspective and share the experiences of being a family with an incarcerated loved one.

Gloria Johnson, is the former Superintendent of Alaska’s maximum to minimum prison, Hiland Mountain Correctional Center. Under her supervision, Hiland offered many ground-breaking programs such as the Hiland Orchestra, the Lullaby Project, and Success Inside and Out.

Deb Evensen, MA, is an internationally recognized consultant, master teacher, and behavior specialist, with over 45 years’ experience working with individuals who have a history of prenatal exposure to alcohol/drugs and that have experienced trauma and demonstrate highly challenging behaviors. She has the unique perspective of one who has spent thousands of hours developing programs and problem-solving solutions in schools and communities throughout North America.

Patricia Barker is on the executive committee of the National School Nurses Association of the United States, she has been given awards as a nurse of excellent and won the Johnson and Johnson fellow award, she is the Director of the Alaska State School Nurses Association and has been a respected and honored nurse for almost thirty years. Her tremendous connection with youth and families has allowed her the opportunity to see through a lens many of us are unaware of.
