Raging from Within: De-Escalating Angry Youth & Adults (January 2024)
Everywhere we turn, it feels like ANGER is intensifying all around us. ‘Raging from Within’ will provide an understanding of the depth of what you are looking at, why we are experiencing an uptick in rage and anger. Participants will be offered strategies to de-escalate your anger; as well as the anger of those close to you. These strategies are now being used in schools, hospitals, youth centers, & other settings throughout the United States.

Adversity, is overwhelming us all right now; emotionally, physically, and socially. What used to be occasional and isolated is now at an arm’s length. So how do we move forward with resilience when our youth and families are faced with some of the most harrowing adversity? Meet a panel of incredible people who have displayed enormous resilience, finding moments of joy. Learn how they navigated through their adversity. This feel good, inspirational presentation gives us an up close and personal understanding of steps taken to feel hopeful, reinvigorated with understanding and compassion.
